Ground Robotics & Inspection Solutions — WillFly Drone now extends its payload integration expertise from the air to the ground. For customers who already run our drone cleaning or inspection programs, we deliver complete robotic solutions for facility patrol, solar farm inspection, and industrial site monitoring — payload first, platform independent.

One Supplier, Air and Ground
You already know us for high-pressure cleaning payloads and solar panel cleaning systems. The same engineering team now integrates inspection payloads — thermal imaging, gas detection, AI recognition, and robotic manipulation — onto rugged ground robot platforms, with the delivery, training and after-sales support you are used to.
Payload-first engineering — the robot is a base platform; the value is in what it carries and what data it returns.
Platform-independent — we select and recommend the best price-performance platform in each payload class, and we also integrate on customer-preferred platforms.
Industrial-grade base platforms — 40–80 kg payload class, IP67, −20 °C to +55 °C, 6–8 h runtime, autonomous patrol with auto-charging.
Turnkey delivery — configuration, operator training, spare parts kit and 12-month remote technical support included.
Our dedicated robot dog payload program covers the individual product side — payloads, configurations and delivery scope.
Typical Applications
Solar Farms — Clean + Inspect with One Supplier
If we already clean your panels, the same site logic applies to inspection: thermal scanning for hotspots and defective strings, perimeter patrol, and equipment monitoring — scheduled autonomously, reported to your inbox. Pair our drone cleaning system with a ground inspection robot and cover both O&M workflows with one vendor.
Power & Energy Infrastructure
Substations and storage stations: autonomous meter reading, infrared thermography, and anomaly detection on fixed routes — proven in large-scale utility deployments.
Oil, Gas & Petrochemical Sites
Gas detection, acoustic monitoring and visual inspection along pipelines and tank farms, keeping operators out of hazardous zones.
Industrial Parks & Facilities
7×24 security patrol, perimeter checks and night-time thermal surveillance with real-time alerts and video evidence.

The Aerial–Ground Combination
Drones cover large areas fast; ground robots stay on site, close-up and around the clock. Used together, they form a complete inspection loop: aerial screening by drone, close-range diagnosis and standing surveillance by robot — one data stream, one supplier, one service contract. For sites that need both cleaning and monitoring, this is the most cost-effective path to full-site automation.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can we use our existing robot platform?
In many cases, yes. Tell us the model and we will confirm payload compatibility. We have hands-on integration experience with industrial quadruped platforms and standard payload interfaces.
What payloads are available?
Dual-spectrum (thermal) gimbal, robotic arm, gas detection modules, microphone and speaker, communication relay, and high-pressure water cannon for fire-fighting variants.
How is a ground robot shipped and supported overseas?
Units ship by sea freight (UN38.3 lithium battery compliant) with a spare parts kit included. Remote commissioning, operator training and 12-month remote technical support are part of the standard package.
Request a Quotation
